The Left House is Orla Hennessy’s highly-commended debut novel. Praised in the Irish Writers Centre Novel Fair, The Left House was described as having “a straightforward style, vivid descriptions and appealing characters.”
Orla’s poetry has featured in the annual Kilkenny Poetry Broadsheet and has been shortlisted for awards. Orla lives with her family in Kilkenny and is a graduate of Creative Writing at NUI Maynooth.
